My family and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The expansive grounds and beautiful gardens provided a wonderful escape, and the variety of pools and waterpark made it perfect for the kids. The food was consistently good, although it didn't offer much variety in terms of exotic dishes. We felt very welcomed by the staff, but we did encounter some language barriers, which was a bit challenging at times.
